View the slideshow to see various patterns I have created using 1084 and 15N20 steels. My favorite pattern is random (if you can call that a pattern) because I love to be surprised, like a kid at Christmas, with what appears in the steel when I remove it from the etchant.
There are so many ways you can use Damascus including knives, jewelry, art and sculpture. I have even considered creating furniture pieces. The possibilities are endless. Many ways you use regular steel are excellent opportunities for Damascus.
